Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing
Estate Plan Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate estate planning documents. Our AI processing follows strict security protocols designed to protect your privacy and comply with legal and ethical requirements:
- Data Anonymization: Before any information is sent to an AI system, identifying information (such as names, addresses, Social Security Numbers, and other personally identifiable information) is removed or replaced with secure tokens (ANON_XXXXXXXX). This ensures that AI providers never see your actual personal information.
- No Training on Your Data: We do not permit AI providers to train their models on your data. All AI processing is done through API calls with explicit settings that prevent data retention and training. Your data is used only to generate estate planning documents and is not used to improve AI models.
- No Data Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. Your data is used only to generate estate planning documents and is never shared for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.
- Server-Side Processing: All AI processing occurs on our secure servers. We never expose API keys or send data from your browser directly to AI services. This ensures that your data remains under our control throughout the entire process.
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) throughout the entire AI processing pipeline, from initial input through final document generation.
Summary:
We use artificial intelligence to generate estate planning documents. Before any information is sent to an AI system, identifying information is removed or replaced with tokens. We do not permit AI providers to train on user data. We do not sell or share personal information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Data is used only to generate estate planning documents.
This AI processing is essential to our service, as it enables us to generate accurate, legally-compliant estate planning documents efficiently. All AI-generated content is reviewed and validated before being presented to you, and you maintain full control over your documents and data at all times.
